The woman is currently 34 weeks pregnant and expecting twins. Since she shared the surprising video, 33 million followers have joined her profile.

There have been plenty of comments on the woman’s posts in which people express their amazement at the size of her pregnancy belly. “Wait, how many babies do you have in that belly?
