One Piece chapter 1085 should shed more light on queen Nefertari Lili and Imu.
One Piece 1084 came out recently and it was one of the most lore-heavy chapters in the series in quite a while. The chapter covered the flashback of Sabo and introduced fans to some intriguing revelations about the Void Century and the Founding 20. However, the chapter ended on quite a cliffhanger, which is why all eyes are now on One Piece 1085.
The Reverie flashback has gone on for a couple of chapters now and it is likely to continue in the next chapter as well. Fans will find out about the death of King Cobra, along with how the Revolutionary Army managed to escape and what the consequences of their decisions were in the next chapter.
The Truth About Queen Lili
Queen Lili was introduced to the fans in the previous chapter. She is known to have been the Monarch of the Kingdom of Arabasta during the time of the Void Century. She was one of the Founding 20 that created the World Government, however, unlike the other rulers, she chose to not be a Celestial Dragon and, instead, return to the surface to rule as a monarch of her land, Arabasta. As mentioned by Cobra, Queen Lili was met with a mysterious incident and she never reached her home ever. Furthermore, her brother ended up taking her responsibilities as a monarch and what’s even more surprising is that none of the historical texts mention her presence, which is what Cobra wants answers to.
One Piece 1085 will certainly focus on this aspect of the story. Cobra did not just stop there, he continued asking questions about the people of the D and he mentioned that Queen Lili left a letter behind that had something to do with it. Before he could receive his answer, Imu walked in and sat upon the Throne, shocking everyone in the room. One Piece chapter 1085 will certainly pick up from that. By the looks of it, it appears that Imu will finally start delivering as a character. In One Piece chapter 1085, Imu will likely converse with Cobra and reveal the fate of Queen Lili. It appears that Imu is very well aware of what happened to her and is somehow linked to her as well. What kind of connection the two share remains to be seen, however, it is highly likely that they are related in some way.
The Death Of Cobra
One Piece Chapter 1085 will likely also show the fans the death of King Cobra. Fans already know that Cobra will end up dying sooner rather than later and his death will be blamed on Sabo. As such, his demise should be just around the corner at this point. Given that Imu has appeared now, One Piece 1085 will likely see them deliver bits of information about Lili’s fate to Cobra and, at the end of it, attempt to assassinate him. Cobra will certainly not be the only one in danger. Thankfully, he has sent Chaka and Pell away in order to watch out for Vivi and this could also play into the next chapter of One Piece.
One Piece 1085 might see Chaka and Pell try to protect Vivi from the Cipher Pol. Lucci, who claims to be her protector, might be the one who she faces danger from. As such, Chaka and Pell might be required to come into play in order to allow her to escape. Somehow, she ends up escaping with Wapol and ends up in the company of Big News Morgans. After Cobra’s death, Vivi is now the next ruler of the land of Arabasta and it will be interesting to see how this sequence plays out in the next chapter of One Piece.
Sabo And Imu
Perhaps the most interesting part of the chapter could come towards the end when Sabo will sneak inside the Throne Room where Cobra and Imu are. Fans know for a fact that Sabo manages to enter this room, as is evident from the picture printed in the newspapers. How Sabo manages to stumble upon this room remains to be seen, however, he will likely try to rescue King Cobra and fail in the attempt. Nonetheless, Sabo will certainly see the face of Imu, at the very least. It is also intriguing to see how he will manage to escape from extremely powerful people. If he does, in fact, stumble upon the room where Imu is, he would be surrounded by the Five Elders as well as Imu.
It is highly likely that these characters wield tremendous powers and for Sabo to escape them would be quite an achievement. One Piece 1085 should throw some light on this and give the fans an idea of how it came to pass. If Oda is braver than usual, fans might even get to see a moment between Sabo and Imu, which would be extremely interesting.
Nonetheless, the events of the Reverie will be wrapping up soon. Fans will likely see the next chapter being the last one to cover this flashback and finally close the account of Sabo’s adventure in the Holy Land of Marijoa.
