Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner have finally made their Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut.

The two rising stars (and best friends) have been the most two most talked about additions to this year’s runway and didn’t disappoint as they strutted their stuff on the runway in New York alongside the biggest names in fashion.

The lingerie brand is clearly just as thrilled with the new additions to their roster as they kicked off a Gigi-centric social media campaign earlier this month, including posting a video of her audition to Instagram.

The pair were pictured together backstage before taking to the catwalk in the one of the biggest events of the fashion calendar. Both modelled two different looks with Gigi sporting a dramatic dark blue creation and a firefighter ensemble for their PINK range.

“We’re in the pink flowy room of happiness. It’s so exciting,” Gigi told E! News before the show. “I’ve been watching this since I was a kid and during commercial breaks, practicing my runway walk in my room and this is insane. It’s great to have an actual dream actually come true.”

“It’s so crazy because this is what made me want to be a model. These are the girls that I looked up to my whole life. To be in it with them and get to see what they’re pros at in real life is amazing.”

“When we found out we were doing it together, there’s nothing else I could ask for except doing it with Kendall. We’re just so excited.. We’re so nervous and we were texting this morning, ‘Are you as nervous as I am?’ We met up and talked about our walks and just planned it out in our heads.

Meanwhile, Kendall rocked two colourful numbers for her most high profile gig to date.

Their famous families were both on side to cheer on their daughters with Gigi’s mother Yolanda Foster, who features on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, by her side and Kendall’s parents Caitlyn and Kris Jenner both sat front row.

Khloe, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian were quick to jump to social media to praise their younger sister’s efforts on the runway.

“My Victoria Secret super models @kendalljenner @gigihadid!Dreams do come true for you Angels! Congrats cuties,” Khloe wrote.
